I was given the board (ungripped) and large ball as a gift over Christmas break. I did as the instructions stated and inflated the ball to the minimum requirements to begin learning. I has really enjoying it until I realized that the seams around the pump port on the ball began leaking. The ball wouldn't stay inflated above 6psi for more than an hour. I reached out to Skill Board and they agreed to send me a replacement ball which they did. Only complaint is that the replacement ball appears to be a defective one as the label is off-printed and there was already a quarter-sized welt in the ball surface. With all that said, I'm happy that this company has tried to make things right, and I am very much enjoying riding the product.

ordered my skill board from amazon . needed some help the people over at skill board helped me out right away.. checked out the videos on how to get started in 2 weeks I'm at 9psi.. I'm 56 been skateboarding, bmx since i was a kid. now im mountain biking still going strong .. i needed something to keep me busy and in shape during the winter and covid .. i can already feel my balance is better cant wait to skate and downhill mtb this season..

Ball is great..just still seems fragile.
Instead of using the SkillBoard ball you’ve provided, I’ve started using a medicine ball (12 lbs and 18” high) and it seems way more “durable” allowing me to jump on it, rollin uneven or even rocky, sandy, lumpy surfaces which seem to take a toll on your ball.

After moving, I could not locate the ball that came with the board. The replacement was easy to select, came within the promised time window (could be faster) and works as expected.

Over all is great but first ball lost its shape quickly. New ball seems to have a slow leak. But I really like the product probably will need a new ball Again

the only issue i've had to deal with is shape retention. i try to not keep my ball above 5psi when im not using it to prevent shape issues because it really changes how well i can ride my skill board when the shape isnt right

Skill Board went out of their way to replace not 1 but 2 of the large balls for me. The first had a manufacturing defect that all I had to do was document with a few pictures. They sent one right away to replace it. The one I received had a nickel-sized deformity and the label was misprinted (ball still fully functional though). I let them know about this and without even asking they sent another replacement ball. Very impressed with their ability to make things right. Thank you very much everybody at Skill Board!
