Alex was born and raised in Park City, UT. His dad was a kicker in the NFL and his mom was an Olympic downhill ski racer. They put Alex on skis at age 2, then into gymnastics at age 8, and at age 12 he began to combine the two following the sport of free skiing. It was love at first sight. He began competing almost immediately and loved pushing his limits. He was the winner of a gold medal at the 2011 Winter X Games in the big air contest. The following week, he won the gold medal in slopestyle at the 2011 FIS Freestyle World Ski Championships. He's done well, and plans to continue pushing himself in all aspects of life!

    The Skill Board is the game-changing balance board that you ride on a pneumatic ball. It challenges your core strength and balance in a full 360° range of motion.

    The smooth board is meant to be used barefoot and more closely mimics surfing. The grip board is meant to be used with shoes, but can still be ridden barefoot. We also offer grip tape you can purchase with your smooth board in case you would like the option to add extra grip later on.

    This package includes The Original Skill Board (grip or smooth)large ball, and hand pump. A video with instructions on how to get started can be found on our site here: getting started

    • The Original Skill Board dimensions are 36.5"x19.5”(93x50cm)
    • The large ball is 9" (23cm) in diameter - similar to a regulation soccer ball
    • Board and ball are rated for weights up to 300lbs(136 kg)

    All orders are processed within two days of the order being placed. We ship international orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-8 business days, and international shipping takes 7-10 business days.
