So I’ve been using the board for a few months now and our family lives it. My kids are obsessed with it and fight to have time on it, so we now have 2. I flowride at our local YMCA with my son and during the covid shut down we needed something to fill that void and the skill board kept the skills up for sure. We both had better balance and we’re able to recover from potential wipe outs way better than before. It’s improved our core strength and helped tune the stabilizing muscles in our legs to reduce fatigue when we’re shredding hard. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to up their balance game, for whatever reason.
