The Skill Board is a game-changing balance board that will help you build functional balance. The smooth board was designed to be used barefoot, while the grip board is meant to be used with shoes. The grip tape can be a little too rough for some riders' bare feet. The bundle package comes with a grip board.
Included in the Beginner to Pro Bundle is everything you’ll need to master the Skill Board, even if you have no experience on a balance board. Start with the Small Ball with low PSI, which will let you get a feel for the Skill Board’s 360° range of motion. Once you’re comfortable with how the board moves, up the ante with more air pressure. Keep challenging yourself on the Small Ball, and, with practice, jump up to the large ball. You’ll be a pro before you know it.
The bundle also includes our Floor Savers which will help you ride on hard surfaces without damaging the board or flooring.

Lovin' it so far...
Lovin' it so far....starting off with little balll...deflated....but love how it works my Achilles which I tore a few years ago....a natural and mild stretch as I continue to work it. Great core a d lower body workout fir this 56 yeat old surfer, snowboarder and skateboarder. Enjoy being on it while watching some TV.
New and challenging
This thing is really fun and challenging. Luckily I had a foam roller on hand to get the basics down. Transitioning to the ball took a bit of patience and determination but now I am hooked!

An addition to the mini
My wife had originally gotten me the mini back in August. I enjoyed it so much I decided I needed one for the office as well. I was curious to see the difference between the mini and the regular size board. The larger board is delightfully smooth whereas the mini feels much more responsive and playful.
Not your average balance board!
Having tried stationary and cylindrical balance boards, I loved how much more challenging the Skill Board is, because it moves in 360º and involves your entire body. As someone who works at home, I’m always hopping on to get the blood flowing whenever I get up, and it was easy to go from beginner to pro with the different ball sizes and pressure settings. Can’t recommend it enough for athletes, runners, or anyone who wants a way to keep working on their balance while they’re indoors (especially during those cold winter months).
Tool or Toy? Either way it’s brilliant!
A fantastic tool or toy depending on what you want out of it. Have fun with friends and family or turn it into a dynamic workout tool where you can focus on various aspects of fitness. Great for those wanting to improve balance or for single plane athletes such as runners or riders to work through different horizons of motion.

The Skillboard is a great way to progressively improve bad or impaired balance. Just take your time, focus, & follow the instructions, balance will steadily improve with continuous practice.
Needs lots of free space around, falling around furniture might not be the smartest…first and foremost, need to relax and trust in yourself doing it makes s world of difference….like so much in the world….
